An all-in-one overview of the top universities for Business Management studies in Europe!
IB is hard. We all know it. Thick books, Internal Assessments, Mock Exams, Extended and TOK Essays, as well as countless hours of studying for two years straight. What makes it even more difficult is that many schools still do not offer the level of support students require. Most of us have at least one teacher who is not a dedicated IB expert and lacks the experience needed to teach effectively.
But, as it's no longer 2016, students do not solely rely on textbooks, teacher notes and official IB past papers to get help. We are in the era of digital platforms, that to an extent combine all of the above-mentioned in one place. One place… behind a pay wall.
Those platforms are often expensive, and not the same in terms of their design. Some focus primarily on past papers, while other emphasise AI-powered support or interactive learning. As a result, it’s not easy to choose at all, and it is certainly not easy to choose well.
The point of this guide is to help you with that choice. In the article we will methodically compare the most popular IB revision platforms available in 2026 to help you find the best fit for your needs. In order for our judgement to remain as objective as possible, we will assess them according to three key criteria of every good IB platform:
Let’s not speak more and get going to our article that will be structured in following way:
Yet, before we jump into comparing, let’s first understand what it means to be a good IB revision platform and how we define this concept in this article. While every platform claims to be the best, in our opinion students should focus on three key factors when making their decision.
The most important feature of any revision platform is the quality of its content. At the end of the day, this is mainly what you are paying for. A platform may contain thousands of questions, but quantity alone does not guarantee quality. Students should look for accurate explanations, exam-style questions, strong video solutions, and content that reflects the latest IB syllabus. Moreover, what matters is whether the content is hand-made or based on AI, and thus often not reliable.
Even the best content is useless if students do not enjoy using the platform. A good IB revision platform should be intuitive, well-organised, and easy to navigate. Students should be able to quickly find the resources they need, track their progress, and focus on studying rather than figuring out how the platform works.
IB platforms can range from relatively affordable subscriptions to services costing thousands of dollars per year. Students should therefore consider not only the price, but also what they receive in return. Unless of course you do not care about the budget… but most of us do, right?
In our opinion, the best IB revision platform is not necessarily the most popular or expensive. It is the one that provides the right balance between quality, experience, and costs.
In the next section of this article, we will compare the four most popular IB Platforms out there and judge them according to the above-mentioned criteria. All to provide you with the answer to the ultimate question: Which platform should you choose?
IB platform market has currently 4 key players that you should know of. Two biggest players are Revision Dojo, and Revision Village. Right behind them we have Edunade Academy, and Revision IB. Those two are rising platforms that have recently attracted increasing number of users. Let’s get into proper review!
Dojo is one of the most visible AI-first IB revision platforms in the recent years. It focuses on exam prep, AI-powered support, and instant feedback. It is particularly attractive for students who want fast answers, AI guidance, and a modern digital study experience.
| Criteria | Grade | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Quality of Content | 3 / 5 | On one hand, Dojo offers a great range of IB sources. There is no doubt about the vast breadth of material. Nonetheless students constantly complain that the content is largely AI-based. Online comments show that users claim that they need to verify information and cannot trust that every answer is correct. |
| User Experience | 4 / 5 | The platform is modern, interactive, and student-friendly. It is easy to understand and not overwhelming. |
| Value for Money | 2.5 / 5 | Revision Dojo is expensive. Subscriptions cost around 115$ a month. This is nearly four hours of tutoring a month. Thus in our opinion (and in comparison with other platforms as you see later) the value for money is far from great. |
| Total | 3.2 / 5 |

Revision Village is probably most well-known IB Platform in the world. Especially renowned for Mathematics. It predominantly focuses on Question banks, past-papers, video solutions and exam preparation. But how does it compare to other platforms?
| Criteria | Grade | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Quality of Content | 4.5 / 5 | The content offered by Revision Village is on a high-level. Its structured, well-explained, supported by videos and generally trusted by students. Particularly strong for Maths. Not as strong for other subjects. |
| User Experience | 4 / 5 | Good user experience. Platform is clean and straightforward. |
| Value for Money | 3 / 5 | Revision Village is high-quality but certainly not cheap. It offers strong value but, in our opinion, (and opinion of most of students online) not enough value to explain the price of 70$ / month for a single course and 140$ / month for a complete learning suite. Expensive… |
| Total | 3.8 / 5 |

Not as popular as the previous two, but certainly a rising star on the IB market. Used by increasing number of students and schools Edunade Academy became popular as it contains teacher-made question bank and past papers backed up by hours of video recording. Moreover, it stands out as the platform that offers integrated-with-platform tutoring as part of its service.
| Criteria | Grade | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Quality of Content | 3.5 / 5 | As quoted by most of students, Edunade Academy is probably one of the few platforms that does not use AI to make their content. The breadth of content thus does not compare with the well-established platforms as for now, but the quality is of very high-level and most of questions are supported by the hand-made video explanations. Students also note that the new content is constantly added to the page as platform is rising. 4/5 for quality, 3/5 for breadth. |
| User Experience | 4 / 5 | Easy, simple and practical. Similar level of user experience as per other platforms. |
| Value for Money | 5 / 5 | In our view, by far the best Value for Money platform on the market. Monthly package costs around 25$, which is 4 or 5x cheaper than competitors. And it is certainly not 4 or 5x lower quality. |
| Total | 4 / 5 |

RevisionIB is arguably least known on the list and not as famous as Dojo or Village, but also worth looking at. It focuses mainly on exam preparation resources.
| Criteria | Grade | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Quality of Content | 3 / 5 | RevisionIB provides useful revision materials, but it does not appear to have the same depth, reputation, or ecosystem as the larger platforms. It may work well as an additional resource rather than a complete IB preparation solution. It has way less material than other platforms. |
| User Experience | 3 / 5 | The platform is relatively simple and easy to use, which can be an advantage. However, compared with more developed platforms, it feels more limited in terms of interactivity, personalisation, and advanced tools. |
| Value for Money | 3 / 5 | RevisionIB may be a reasonable option if students want something simple and affordable. However, because it offers fewer additional features, students should compare carefully what is included before paying. |
| Total | 3 / 5 |

Check out our final results table to see how platform compare against each other! What we recommend is not to look at total score, as it might be slightly deceiving.
Each student values different things. Some care about quality of content and not worry about the budget, others focus on value-for-money. Hence each should choose the platform relevant to what he/she is looking for.
| Platform | Quality of Content | User Experience | Value for Money | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Revision Dojo | 3 | 4 | 2.5 | 3.2 |
| Revision Village | 4.5 | 4 | 3 | 3.8 |
| Edunade Academy | 3.5 | 4 | 5 | 4 |
| Revision IB | 3 | 3 | 3 | 3 |
Additionally, before you look at the final verdict, review the pros and cons of every platform:
| Platform | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
| Revision Dojo | Fast answers and instant feedback Broad range of sources |
Expensive Heavy reliance on AI generated content |
| Revision Village | Excellent exam focused content Very strong for Math |
Very expensive Less focused on general support |
| Edunade Academy | Strong value for money Teacher-made content and integrated tutoring |
Less established Smaller content library for now |
| Revision IB | Simple and easy to use | Smaller ecosystem and limited personalization |
Well, we will not fully tell you that. There is no single best. The right choice depends always on what you need, and which platform actually is the one you like the most. Nonetheless what we would say is following…
If you do not have to care about your budget and have enough money to afford all of the platforms – the right choice is probably Revision Village. The value for money is not the best, but the quality and breadth of content is. They are also established on the market and people simply know it works.
If you want nearly best content in the best price, without a doubt the choice should be Edunade Academy. They have slightly weaker quality/breadth than Revision Village but are few times cheaper. Also, they seem to be rising and catching up fast.
There is no single platform that is best for every student. If you are looking for the most established and comprehensive revision platform, Revision Village remains one of the strongest choices. If you are looking for the best balance between quality and affordability, Edunade Academy offers excellent value for money.
Revision Village offers high-quality content, particularly for Mathematics and Sciences. Most students agree that the quality is GREAT. The main question is whether the additional quality justifies the significantly higher price compared with some competitors.
Revision Dojo provides a wide range of useful AI-powered tools and resources. However, because many of its features rely on artificial intelligence, students should verify important explanations and avoid relying exclusively on AI-generated answers.
Edunade Academy is one of the fastest-growing IB platforms and has become increasingly popular among students looking for a combination of revision resources, video explanations, tutoring access, and academic support. Its main strength is the amount of support offered relative to its price.
Not necessarily. The two serve different purposes. Revision platforms provide resources, explanations, and practice questions, while tutors offer personalised feedback and guidance. In many cases, the most effective approach is to combine a good revision platform with occasional tutoring support – this is what Edunade Academy does.
